Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange for a different size.

Prepare Your Package

Ensure all items are free of pet hair and odors, then securely pack them in the original packaging with all tags still attached.

Print and Ship

Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
